A couple new features this introduces:
"Size to Fit" If a page fits perfectly on a screen and you don't need to scroll at all, than you now have the ability to create custom lens by dragging a box!

    Other non-visual changes include:

when you choose "goto next comic" it takes you to the first page of that comic, ignoring where you were. A finished comic is marked "complete" and the page is reset to 1

    Display page number is optional
prompt to load is also optional

when transparent controls are selected, a little bit of buffer is added to the end of the page, so that you can scroll to the point where the bottom of the page is above the controls.

If a text block is detected, but won't fit to the zoom level, it'll use a zoom level that allows it to fit on screen.

when in landscape mode, and swiping is enabled, iphones paging code is disabled, and you have to manually move it to the next page. (Temporary fix for the vertical paging bug)

fixed double tap bug for iphone. (Much easier to bring up controls)

fixed bug with ftp server where it wouldn't reload the comics until you exited the app.

support for non english language characters

Warning when you run low on memory, telling you to reboot

Looks like a lot of great improvements, Ty. Looking forward to the new version.

Let's see... if you submitted it today, Apple should get it out to us around early first quarter 2010, right?

The approval process takes about 2 weeks. So hopefully by the 20th.

But, from your description, it sounds like you just have comics in the root. If you move them into a new folder, than open next comic should work for you again.

Thanks for the quick reply. Not sure if I understand what you mean though...
I have all my comics in \desktop\comics folder along with the the comicsync.exe file. I dont have any subfolders under \comics. Are you saying I need to move the cbr files their own individual folders?

uh, no, if your using comicsync, you should be fine since it wont let you copy files in the root.
Can you create another thread and describe the problem in more detail?
