New problem to report with v0.8.
When I use a usb connection to add the comics, the Comics fold I previously created is gone. I can still access the comics by using the reader program but I cannot view or remove the files by going to my computer and exploring the proper folders. I have even checked all of the folders that are present and none have the Comics folder or the files in it. I can only see the files by viewing with the Mobi reader. If I create a new folder titled Comics and add comic files to it the files will show up on the Mobi reader. After I unplug and replug up the Comics folder is gone and the files are unfindable (even with a search), the files are still on the card somewhere but only viewable with mobi reader.

Well, when the blackberry is in Mass Storage Mode, the software will be unable to see it. Sounds like you're having the opposite problem though.
Based on that and the long delays I'd almost wonder if there isn't something wrong with you device...

Got it. I figured out how to view the files on the card and how to delete. Do you have any suggestions on how to speed up the initial load up.

Noooo, you misunderstood me. Its not any particular file, its the initial load time of any .cbr or .cbz file. If a minute or two is a good load time on a BB storm2 then its great. After the file loads up then the pages in the file load at about 5 to 10 seconds.

A minute or two does seem especially slow, but I don't know for sure what could cause that.

My 8800 only takes about 30 seconds for the first load, and its a significantly slower device.

Can anyone else report how long the initial load takes?

Try moving your files to the device memory instead of the SD card. Maybe that will help improve things

I've been using this version for a bit now and besides my slow to load storm2, this version has not shown me any problems.

    Default Double page spreads

When I am reading a comic that has a double page spread, the double page spread appears with scanlines across it. When I click on a text bubble, the scanlines are still there. I have checked the file on my computer, and it appears fine, and I have run the file through the cleaner application that you posted earlier, to make sure that it is not a progressive scan image, but it still displays these scanlines. I was wondering if there was anything that else that I could do to make these images viewable.

Scanlines are probably fixed in it
